Orders

Chorreadors and filters ship from Hialeah, Florida, usually within 3–5 business days of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

T-shirts and mugs are printed to order by our print partner and ship separately, so an order with both may arrive in more than one package.

Shipping Rates

Cafe Tico offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more. For U.S. orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the items in your order. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping

T-shirts and mugs ship to many countries. Chorreadors and filters currently ship within the United States only. Rates and available countries are shown at checkout.

Shipping Times

After your order ships, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 7–10 business days and expedited delivery 3–5 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.

Returns

Cafe Tico offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all chorreador coffee makers. If you are not satisfied with your chorreador for any reason, contact us at support@cafetico.io within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. All other returns follow our Refund Policy.
